Under these priorities, Cornerstone Baptist Church offers the following ministries to persons both inside and outside the membership.
1. Expository Bible Preaching and Teaching.
2. Age-graded Sunday School Ministry each sunday morning at 9:30 am.
3. Ad Hoc Bible Study opportunities such as "Jesus, The One and Only", "Breaking Free", "The Purpose Driven Life", "The Purpose Driven Church", "The Mind of Christ", "Experiencing God", and such.
4. Intercessory Prayer Ministries, including a Prayer Room, Prayer Partners, Home Prayer Meetings, Internet Prayer Alert, Telephone Prayer Chain and Prayer Resource Center.
5. Celebration Worship (with blended format of traditional and contemporary) each Sunday Morning at 10:45 am and each Sunday Evening at 6 pm.
6. Christian Concert Series, featuring well-known and lesser known Christian Artists and Groups.
7. Family night supper on Wednesday Evenings.
8. AWANA Ministry for children age 3 through grade 5.
9. Cornerstone Spring Coed Softball League with fourteen area church teams participating.
10. Ministry Action Projects supported by specific fundraising activities.
11. Seminary trained competent Christian Pastoral Counseling.
12. Comprehensive Preschool Ministries.
13. Comprehensive Childrens Ministries including the Cornerstone Kids Clubhouse, Childrens Church, field trips, fellowships, lock-ins, Vacation Bible School and Day Camp.

14. Growing Youth Ministries including bible study, rap sessions, music events, summer camps, lock-ins and more.
15. The Precious Stones Older Adult Ministry
16. Crisis Intervention Ministry.
17. Food and clothing assistance through the Macon Baptist Association Ministry Center.
18. The Cornerstone Men serve through Ministry Education, Ministry Support and Ministry Action. A major focus each year is the distribution of bibles, clothing, food and furniture.
19. The Cornerstone Women of Faith serve through Ministry Education, Ministry Support and Ministry Action. They participate in two or three Annual Retreats and Bible Conferences plus minister with bibles, clothing, food and furniture.
20. The deacon ministers undershepherd the congregation through the Deacon Family Ministry Plan.
21. The Celebration Choir leads praise worship utilizing various persons and groups within the congregation who make their talents available to the Lord.
22. Baptism and the Lord's Supper are the two church ordinances and they are observed on a very frequent schedule.
23. Community-wide Easter Sunrise Service on the Cornerstone ballfield at daybreak each Easter Sunday morning, followed by a complimentary breakfast prepared by the Cornerstone Men.
24. Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Parent-Baby Dedication, Recognition of Graduates and other special emphasis days are scheduled as appropriate
25. Patriotic observance in July.
26. Labor day low country boil and informal singspiration on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend.

27. Spring Fling in April.
28. Thanksgiving observances in November.
29. Christmas outreach party and concert with leading Christian Musicians during the week before Christmas Day. The Celebration Choir will present "The Gift of Christmas" on December 11th. Our children will present "Hotel Bethlehem" with drama on December 18th.
30. Christmas Eve Candlelight Vesper Service at 6 pm.
31. New Years Eve Candlelight Communion Service at 6 pm.
32. Recreation facilities include a lighted USSSA-sanctioned softball field, grass and sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, basketball goals, playgrounds, walking trails, fellowship hall for indoor recreation, cooking deck behind the fellowship hall, two new lare 500 gallon mobile cookers, amphitheater with covered stage for campfires, sing-alongs, and outdoor concerts.
33. Tape ministry distributing copies of the Pastor's Bible Messages to shut-ins and others.
34. A growing ministry to area singles.
35. A Comprehensive Care Ministry manifested through Inreach, Outreach and Upreach.
